Man-Camp

Kaktovik Inn operates as a man-camp, charging per bed. Guests may be roomed with other guests, but we do our best to stagger accommodations.

Local Bed Tax

The City of Kaktovik has a 12% bed tax. This is not included in the reservation rates.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is 3:00 p.m.   

Check-out is 11:00 a.m. 
If check-in will occur later than 4:00 p.m., please contact hotel to coordinate in advance or bed may be released to another guest.

Airport Shuttle

Airport pick-up and drop-off is available with a $10 fee per guest per direction and must be prearranged via email at reservations@kic.biz 

Freight & Storage

Freight handling and/or storage is available for $100 per instance and must be prearranged. 

Amenities

Meals are not included in the reservation rate. Guests are responsible for their own food & drinks. The Inn has available a shared refrigerator & freezer, ice, microwave, and hot water kettle for guest use.

Damages Disclaimer

There is a $450 minimum fee for any damages that occur to the hotel, plus the cost of reparations including the daily amount of business loss due to the damage(s).

Loss Disclaimer

Rooms are shared spaces and do not lock. Guests are responsible for their personal items. The hotel will not be responsible for loss or damage.
